She was given the role of Bo Dennis the succubus on the Canadian television series Lost Girl in 2009. Silk fell pregnant during the final production of the season 3 finale and announced this to viewers in the Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on 6 January 2013. Silk, who has been involved in the production of Lost Girl since the third season finale episode premiered on the 6th of January, 2013 on Twitter, announced her intention to return June 4th, 2013 as Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production on fourth season. CNN Cable News Network named Bo together with Lauren Zoie Palmer as the couple with the same name in Lost Girl to be one of the top television Couples of All Time. E! Magazine declared the couple as one of the Top Television Couples of 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk, as a result its popularity on social media has earned it a large online fan base.
